From I-90 (East or West), take exit 50 (toward Niagara Falls) onto the I-290 W/Youngman Expressway. Take Exit 7A to travel west on Main Street. 4510 Main Street is approximately 1.4 miles ahead on the right, immediately before Harlem Road.
Directions from Downtown Buffalo
From Downtown Buffalo, take Route 33E/Kensington Expressway east to the Pine Ridge Road Exit toward Route 240/Harlem Road. At the top of the exit ramp, stay straight onto Maryvale Drive toward Harlem Road. Take a left on Harlem Road and travel approximately 2.1 miles, through 3 roundabouts. Turn right on Main Street. 4510 Main Street is immediately on the left.
